We are looking for someone with a passion for plants, enjoys working outside, upbeat, enthusiastic, willing to learn, has a desire to improve, and wants to enjoy working with a team. Our Garden Associate is a crucial member; guiding customers, caring for plants, and ensuring the nursery is merchandised.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Garden Associate is a crucial member; guiding customers, caring for plants, and ensuring the nursery is merchandised.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with product needs and answering questions
- Care of plants and greenery. Including watering and pruning
- Load shrubs, trees, plants, and related products for customers
- Receive, inventory, accurately load, and display plants
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of nursery
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualified candidates must be able to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
- Must be able to work in different environments
- Solid work history
- Outstanding customer service skills is a must
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Agriculture, garden, greenhouse, retail, animal experience preferred
