About the job :
Kent is seeking a Project Manager to support our team's projects for downstream petrochemical, refining, plastics, low carbon energy, and decarbonization markets.
Skills and Responsibilities : Responsibilities :
- Be a champion for Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment
- Lead development of technical proposals, inclusive of evaluating scope, cost, and schedule as part of a project execution strategy
- Manage and comply with complex master and professional service agreements and contracts in collaboration with Commercial and Legal
- Meet key project indicators developed as part of the execution of a project
- As owner of the change management process, ensure that changes from initial project objectives and scope of work are properly and timely identified, clarified, documented and formally communicated to the Client.
- Be accountable for scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and procurement on projects which you are managing
- Develop bi-weekly and monthly management reports for Client and Kent Executive Leadership
- Provide guidance on design processes and / or construction methods
- Participate in review and improvement of company's project management best practices
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.
