The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the premises. This role requires constant vigilance and physical activity, as the officer is frequently on their feet, patrolling the property, monitoring for suspicious activity, and responding to incidents. Reliability is key, as they must be punctual and dependable to maintain a secure environment. Patience is also crucial, as they interact with residents, handle concerns or complaints, and manage situations calmly and professionally. Schedule : Evening / Overnight

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas and surrounding premises.
• Provide gate access to residents and visitors.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the property.
• Communicate effectively with the security team via cell phone and WhatsApp.
• Investigate disturbances, and report suspicious activities.
• Report all security incidents, violations, and unusual activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
