Overnight Security Officer
Hiring an energetic Security Officer with excellent customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the premises. This role requires constant vigilance and physical activity, as the officer is frequently on their feet, patrolling the property, monitoring for suspicious activity, and responding to incidents. Reliability is key, as they must be punctual and dependable to maintain a secure environment. Patience is also crucial, as they interact with residents, handle concerns or complaints, and manage situations calmly and professionally.

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas and surrounding premises.
- Communicate effectively with the security team via cell phone and WhatsApp.
- Investigate disturbances, and report suspicious activities.
- Report all security incidents, violations, and unusual activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of standing, patrolling, and working in various environmental conditions (i.e. heat, rain, etc.) for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
