As a Security Guard Rover, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of a commercial building. Your responsibilities will include patrolling the premises, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential area, ensuring a visible security presence.
- Monitor security cameras and access points, identifying and addressing any suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and resident inquiries, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the security management team.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and requests with professionalism.
