Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Flex Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This position requires flexibility in working hours and locations, as well as the ability to adapt to various security needs. The Flex Officer will play a crucial role in surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms while following established protocols.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate situations and ensure a peaceful environment.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Skills in conflict management and loss prevention techniques are advantageous.
- A military background or relevant certification can be beneficial for this role.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
