This critical role will lead people analytics and administer the HRIS system including optimizing processes, auditing data, generating reports to support decision-making and support end user training.
- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- System Process Improvement: Evaluate opportunities to enhance system processes.
- IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to automate and streamline data from HR to IT, improving security, user access, and profile tracking.
- HR Digital Strategy Support: Support the HR digital strategy, end user experience, and people analytics.
- HRIS Management: Manage and maintain the HRIS system, functioning as the subject matter expert (SME).
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, leading "People Analytics" capabilities using UKG Business Intelligence and Workforce Management.
- Training and Communication: Develop and deliver HRIS training and communications on system updates to enhance the end-user experience.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
- Documentation and Relationship Building: Document data flows and integrations, liaise with UKG or partners for issue resolution, and collaborate with IT on projects involving "people records" to improve processes and workflows.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field is required, Bachelor’s preferred
- 3 or more years of human resources, information technology or data analytics experience
- Experience in process development and management
- Experience with UKG preferred but not required
- Ability to read, interpret large amounts of data
- Strong technical, computer and organizational skills
- A sense of urgency with an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and a strong business results focus
- Individual must have a high level of energy and be a self-starter
- Ability to work with highly sensitive information and keep confidentiality at a high level
