- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter Volume Driver Promotional products within 24 hours
- Work closely with Sqwincher Warehouse as well as 3rd Party Warehouse
- Correspond with customers when program requirements are not met
- Correspond with customers regarding order fulfillment and shipping information
- Escalate priority issues and report to management
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a sales administration or customer service setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related customer service software tools
