Kent is looking for a Project Site Execution Manager to be based in Port Arthur, Texas. The Site Execution Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of site execution activities, ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, Quality Control (QC), Construction, and Commissioning & Start-Up deliverables are met. This position leads cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring that all site activities are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role is key to ensuring the successful execution of site activities, aligning teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient project outcomes. The Site Execution Manager plays a crucial part in ensuring the project's success from construction through to final commissioning and handover.
Skills and Responsibilities:
· Lead the site construction activities, managing contractors and teams to ensure project deliverables are met according to the schedule.
· Coordinate and oversee construction phases, ensuring resource allocation, material availability, and timely completion of tasks.
· Address construction challenges, delays, or bottlenecks, working with teams to implement solutions.
· Ensure the smooth transition from construction to commissioning and start-up phases, coordinating with relevant teams to meet key milestones.
· Oversee the commissioning of systems and equipment, ensuring they are operationally ready and meet performance standards.
· Support the start-up activities, ensuring all systems are safe, efficient, and fully functional before project handover.
· Ensure that all site activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards.
· Drive a strong safety culture on-site, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a zero- incident workplace.
· Conduct regular safety audits and provide leadership in investigating and resolving any safety issues.
· Oversee the Quality Control processes, ensuring all construction and commissioning activities meet required specifications, industry standards, and company expectations.
· Ensure that quality assurance plans are implemented and followed by all teams, addressing any non-conformance issues promptly.
· Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and issues requiring resolution.
· Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project developments and site performance through structured communication.
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with site execution, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.
· Address any deviations from plan or standards promptly, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
· Identify opportunities to improve site execution efficiency, implementing best practices and lessons learned to drive operational excellence.

supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· 10 years of experience in construction, commissioning, and start-up operations, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sectors.
· Proven experience in managing HSE, QC, and site operations teams.
· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, commissioning processes, and safety protocols.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with project management tools and software (PMP certification preferred).
· Experience in large-scale industrial projects or oil and gas projects.
· In-depth knowledge of commissioning and start-up best practices.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing site issues.
