Kent is looking for a site-based Vendor Coordinator to support its team on a multi-year project based in multiple locations (starting in North Slope, Alaska).

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Kent is looking for a site-based Vendor Coordinator to support its team on a multi-year project based in multiple locations (starting in North Slope, Alaska).
Skills and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work with KENT team to set up vendors in the KENT management system Oracle.
- Work with the onsite commissioning team to schedule vendors as per the ongoing activities at site and the latest commissioning schedule.
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure contractual obligations are met and the most profitable service is achieved by monitoring vendor performance, performing quality control validating invoices and resolving issues.
- Coordinate activities to ensure effective and efficient resolution of a wide variety of processing inquiries and roadblocks.
- Act as a support contact for vendor needs.
- Coordinate activities to resolve escalations.
- Perform analysis accurately.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of relevant job related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams).
Communication:
- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
Behavior/ Core Competencies:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
