We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Director , assist in recruitment, policy updates, HR operations, and administrative functions . What We’re Looking For
Experience : At least 2 years of HR administrative experience, preferably supporting an HR Director or senior HR professional.
Policy & Compliance Knowledge : Experience updating policies, maintaining compliance records, and supporting HR audits .
Recruiting Knowledge : Familiarity with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews (preferred but not required) .
HR Compliance & Record Keeping : Understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices .
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), ADP (or similar HRIS), and communication tools like Slack or Teams .
Strong Organization & Attention to Detail : Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism & Confidentiality : Must handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to draft professional emails, HR memos, and reports .
Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset : Ability to anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and take initiative .
