We are seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking, and team-focused Verification Specialist / Call Center Representative . In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely background checks while delivering a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify employment, education, and references by contacting appropriate sources.
- Conduct 70 professional and clear phone calls daily.
- Gather information efficiently using phone, fax, and email.
- Research and retrieve data accurately from various websites and databases.
- Provide timely updates to clients on verification progress.
- Support team goals by completing additional tasks as assigned.
