Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and include a weekly Bible lesson.
- Provide quality care and supervision for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children.
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt curriculum as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's development and address any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in classroom settings, daycare facilities, or tutoring roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Skills in math instruction and child welfare practices are advantageous.
- Previous experience in behavior management strategies is beneficial.
