Position Description
The Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This part-time position supports KAM staff with behind-the-scenes administration of the database, routine communications, invoicing, and payment processing. The role will be approximately 8-12 hours per week, with flexible hours that meet business needs and the scheduling needs of the ideal candidate. This position is remote and based in Kentucky.
Key responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator include :
- Database administration : maintain up-to-date records in the organization’s association management software; maintain accurate records of members, sponsors, volunteers, committees, and board of directors; track member participation in select savings programs.
- Routine communications : generate and send routine membership billings and reminder notices; work with staff to maintain distribution lists.
- Financial : process and track all membership and sponsorship payments; track unpaid balances and work with Director of Public Relations and Director of Membership Development to reinvoice as necessary.
- Other : ongoing support to KAM team; assist with KAM events as needed (usually less than one time per quarter).
The successful candidate will have :
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, between $20-$25 per hour.
