1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days and if on board by 3 / 31 / 25).
Hours : Tuesday - Friday 1 : 00pm- 9 : 30pm and Saturday 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm. Schedule may vary due to mobile blood drive schedules. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including on-call, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Description : Seeking self-starter to pick up blood, blood components and supplies from mobile drives and donor centers and deliver to assigned locations. Responsibilities also includes but are not limited to : loading and unloading supplies; conducting pre and post vehicle inspections; maintaining assigned vehicle in a clean and safe operating manner; and washing of vehicles as needed.
Work Environment : This position regularly involves the following :
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequently lift / carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Frequently bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
- Occasionally required to stoop and kneel.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.
- Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Work outside in heat, cold, wet, humid, or dry conditions.
- Constantly travel to fulfill essential job function.
