Kentucky Country Day School is seeking a Lower School Science Teacher for the 2025-2026
school year. Desired candidates will be passionate about educating lower school students and
incorporating outdoor education. The desired candidates will be enthusiastic creators of and
participants in interdisciplinary projects, including STEAM. Collegiality, flexibility, humor, and
empathy are vital aspects of teaching science on our Lower School team. Desired candidates
will have also demonstrated the ability to budget for and purchase supplies across a varied

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
- Prefer 2 years of Science teaching experience with lower school students.
