8 hour shift
Day shift : M-F; 7 : 30AM - 4 : 30PM
Work Location : In person
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to participants in our Adult Day Program, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
- Provide direct care and assistance to participants with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and toileting.
- Support participants in recreational activities, fostering engagement and social interaction.
- Monitor and report changes in participants’ physical or emotional condition to the program supervisor or nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Assist with transportation needs, including helping participants safely on and off program vehicles.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and organizational policies to ensure participant and staff safety.
