What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Audit Coordinator position at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance?
Duties:
Organize and group assignments for individual field auditors by location and policy expiration to maximize efficiencies and control costs.
Manage the number of audit assignments per field auditor and transfer assignments as needed to balance workloads. Determine internal resources versus outsource and transfer assignments as necessary.
Identify appropriate audit contact information and conduct calls to policyholders and/or their representative to schedule and confirm appointments.
Send initial confirmation letters to policyholders and/or their representative once the audit has been scheduled.
Ensure follow-up calls and message returns are completed in a timely manner.
Reschedule appointments and cancellations as appropriate.
Maintain Outlook calendars for field auditors to include: appointment length, start time, confirmation of contact information and additional special information for site visit.
Reconcile field auditors’ assignments to ensure all assignments are accounted for on a monthly basis.
Monitor the status of policies and initiate the closeout process as a result of non-compliance with audit.
Coordinate outsourced audit assignments and convey communications to audit unit regarding any service issues, concerns and follow-up requests.
Respond to all interdepartmental inquires and requests within a timely manner.
Review and complete tasks associated with daily reports.
Prepare routine departmental reports as requested.
Manage incoming mail and correspondence and forward to the appropriate person.
Complete departmental tasks to support unit operations.
Achieve employee SMART Goals.
Perform other duties as requested.

Ability to learn custom software programs.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel; Advanced knowledge of Word and Outlook.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
One-year customer service experience preferred.
