Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of assigned stand in compliance with health code, safety, and park and company operating standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain food stand cleanliness per Cleaning and Sanitation SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Follow proper food handling procedures per Food Handling SOP.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures per Cash Handling SOP.
- Knowledge of stand menu, recipes, and prices at assigned locations.
- Consistently operate food stands per SOP, including completing stand opening and closing procedures.
- Take and fill guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
- Report any issues (guest concerns, equipment operation, food prep, etc.) to Command Base or supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years old to work with power driven equipment, gas supplied equipment, or equipment that produces large amount of heat.
- Minimum of 20 years and 1 day old to pour beer or serve alcohol.
- Minimum of 18 years old to handle alcohol.
- Positive attitude.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance by following grooming and uniform standards in Employee Handbook. Food & Beverage specific guidelines include:
- No false eyelashes or artificial nails
- No facial piercings
- Hair restraint required (beard also, if applicable)
- Only one (1) necklace, which must be secured under uniform shirt
- Wear clean attire daily
- Avoid wearing a watch or anything on wrists
- Slip resistant shoes
- Only one smooth ring
- Must be compliant with park-wide hygiene standards.
