What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Host position at Kentucky Kingdom Theme & Water Park?
Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including meeting health code standards.
- Unload incoming inventory per SOP and place in assigned location.
- Practice First in/First out (FIFO) system by rotating oldest stock to front of assigned location.
- Pull stock using FIFO to fulfill in-park requisitions.
- Complete necessary requisition paperwork per SOP.
- Complete documentation for transfers.
- Assist Revenue departments Hosts as needed.
- Other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years old.
- Positive attitude.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance by following grooming and uniform standards in Employee Handbook.
- Compliance with park-wide hygiene standards.
- Strong understanding of and focus on safety and guest service.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of safety, guest service, efficiency, and cleanliness.
- Ability to treat coworkers and guests with dignity and respect.
- Ability to constantly improve.
- Flexible availability with strong focus on punctuality and the ability to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.
- Ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screen, as required.
- Completion of Warehouse certifications and training.
