Mental Health Clinician
About Us: Kentucky Neurofeedback & Counseling (KY Neuro) is a dynamic and growing private practice specializing in providing targeted treatment to individuals dealing with ADHD, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum, and other emotional regulation difficulties. We operate with a strong commitment to ethical standards, client empowerment, and compassionate care. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a licensed mental health therapist who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional and ethical mental health therapy to clients of all ages, starting from age 6.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a valid license to practice a mental health discipline in Kentucky (CSW, LPCA, or MFTA; LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT preferred).
- Exhibit availability to manage a caseload of up to 20 clients per week.
- Possess or demonstrate a strong commitment to obtaining Board Certification in Neurofeedback.
- Engage in external supervision as required.
Professional Requirements:
- Hold a valid license in a mental health discipline recognized by Kentucky laws.
- Exhibit a strong willingness to obtain Board Certification in Neurofeedback.
- Demonstrate at least two years of experience in providing therapy to individuals and families.
- Possess the ability to work with children (experience preferred).
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Performance-based pay increase is offered after 90 days.
