Warehouse Worker/Loader

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate various warehouse equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading goods.
• Execute order picking processes using equipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assist in inventory control by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Participate in training for heavy equipment operation as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is desirable.
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
