About The Role
As a Driver, you will play a vital part in the organ, tissue, and eye donation process by transporting our team members, including physicians and surgeons, to and from donor cases across our service area, which includes:
- All of Kentucky
- Cincinnati, OH
- 4 counties in Southern Indiana
- 2 counties in West Virginia
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license
- Active and valid auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review
- Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | PM: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Set your own schedule - choose as many or as few shifts as you like
- Training provided - no prior medical or transport experience required
- No personal vehicle use required - avoid wear and tear on your car
- Gas and emergency assistance covered
- $15.00/hour for all hours worked
- $100.00 for working on a holiday
- $25.00 flat rate for each scheduled on-call shift (even if not called in)
- 1099 Contractor - monthly pay; this is not a Network for Hope employee position
