KORT Physical Therapy Lousiville, KY  physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed  Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences.  Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected physical therapy team that provides preventative and rehabilitative services that help improve quality of life for the community in which they live and work. Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, commensurate with experience. Range is $68,000 with potential for $10,000 sign on bonus and $4200 annual student debt relief

• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
• In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format.
• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation during PT School or Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience in the last 5 years
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
