FOOD TRUCK PART-TIME ASSISTANT
The Kentucky River Area Development District, an eight -county planning and development agency, is accepting applications for a Food Truck Assistant. This position, under the supervision of the Associate Director of Human Services, will assist the Food Truck Manager oversee the day to day operations of the KRADD Senior Meal Program food truck.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibilities of this position will include planning and purchasing food for daily food truck operation; maintain required records such as temperature logs, inventory, and meal counts as well as all necessary documentation for accurate program reporting.
- This position will ensure food truck is stocked with necessary supplies and is timely in daily location arrivals and food delivery, and make sure food truck meets all safety and health policies and procedures.
- Person filling this position must have a valid driver’s license and drive with no restrictions, but will not be the primary driver of the food truck. Position is part-time for 20-25 hours per week and does not qualify for company benefits plan. Salary will be based on experience.
Minimum qualifications :

Minimum qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years’ experience in food service.
Applicants must have good working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, as well as, working knowledge of computers and software applications. Must possess good written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
