Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring offices, ensuring regular visits and coordinating appreciation treats and materials.
- Organize and represent the company at community events such as factory health fairs, trade shows, and other outreach opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with company goals and initiatives.
- Track and report outreach activities and their impact on patient referrals and brand awareness.
- Provide educational materials and resources to community partners to enhance their understanding of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with referring partners.
- Stay informed about local events and networking opportunities to maximize our presence within the community.
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track outreach efforts and results.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel to referral offices and events.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in dermatology or healthcare is a plus.
