Job Requirements
-Acknowledge patients with a friendly, compassionate, and energetic greeting
-Coordinate appointments, schedule and counsel patients seeking care in person or over the telephone
-Communicate efficiently between all staff members
-Maintain accurate documentation of time and attendance
-Answer patient’s questions about services, surgeries and products
-Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA rules and regulations
-May be asked to work at satellite location periodically
-Prepare patients for examination and treatment
-Assist provider with surgeries and examinations
-Documents office notes and explains treatment plan for the provider
-Collects and prepare laboratory specimens
-Maintains clean examination rooms, stocked with supplies and medical instruments
Education and/or Experience
-High school diploma or equivalent is required; a minimum of one (1) year of office experience is preferred; and/or equivalent education or experience in a job-related activity if required

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
