AMST is seeking a Director of Manufacturing who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
The following is a list of key responsibilities assigned to the position :
- Directs manufacturing operations of high mix, low volume, highly complex products in support of business strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, quality, sales, finance, human resources, and other leadership to align efforts.
- Incorporates the organizational strategy and plans for operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs in manufacturing processes.
- Monitors production metrics and implement process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maximize facility utilization to increase production.
- Participate in workforce or labor relations and planning activities.
- Implements long-term plans for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce resources to maintain manufacturing capacity and processes.
- Reports to divisional president.
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-functions and develops budgets / policies / procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
- Develop subordinate managers, supervisors and area leadership.
Qualifications :
Targeted Annualized Compensation : $130k- $150k
