What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bottling Operator I position at Kentucky Whiskey Bottling LLC?
Bottling Operator will operate equipment, maintain quality and material organization on the bottling line, and will perform the duties of Associate Bottling Operator as needed to support all bottling line functions.

- Understand and execute Plan of the Day (POD).
- Communicate with other departments as necessary.
- Ensure bottling personnel training, development, and problem resolution.
- Provide leadership through personal example for bottling operators in a manner consistent with the culture of the company.
- Use Product specification binders to ensure quality standards are met for each product.
- Complete all quality checks as assigned.
- Make written entries on production, quality, and related documents.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Keep assigned work areas clean, neat, and free from clutter.
- Support operational improvements.
- Perform duties of Associate Bottling Operator as needed.
- Other duties as directed.
- Ability to learn to operate multiple pieces of bottling line equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations.

- Required: High School Diploma.
- Minimum of one to two years of relevant work experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Prolonged periods of standing in the warehouse or production area.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
