- Knowledge of fundamental skills of Track & Field Sprinting events.
- Previous Track & Field sprinting coaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters.
- Excellent rapport with high school students.
- Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills.
- Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
- Assist in the development, implement, and supervising of the Track & Field program.
