Role reports to : President, Skin Health & Beauty - NA & EMEA Location : Summit, NJ Travel % : 15% Pay : Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850 (if compliant with local laws). This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. What you will do We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to support our Skin Health and Beauty segment. This Senior Manager level role will serve as a crucial partner to the leadership team, driving key initiatives, managing meeting governance, and ensuring alignment across global, regional priorities and local US Marketing priorities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategy, marketing, and communications, along with exceptional skills in presentation development and project management. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Support : Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the Skin Health and Beauty segment. Assist in the identification and prioritization of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals. Presentation Development : Prepare high-quality presentation decks for investor relations, board meetings, and other key stakeholder engagements. Develop compelling narratives and visuals to effectively communicate strategic priorities and performance metrics. Meeting Governance : Manage the governance process for global and regional priority meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, materials are distributed, and follow-ups are tracked. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on meeting outcomes. Brand and Marketing Oversight : Oversee brand work globally, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with brand strategy.Support segment marketing initiatives by providing strategic input and ensuring adherence to guidelines. Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between the leadership team and various departments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on action items. Proactively chase down information and updates needed from teams to keep projects on track and aligned with timelines. M&A & Project Management : Assist the President of Skin Health and Beauty for North America and EMEA, and US Local Marketing in project management in relation to the Kenvue M&A agenda, and other cross-functional projects such as ESG, Sustainability and Regulation. What we are looking for Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of experience in strategy, project management, or operations, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven experience in developing high-quality presentations, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and highly proactive, with a track record of staying on top of deadlines and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Desired Experience
• Tier one management consulting experience in consumer goods practice areas
• Prior experience in the Beauty industry
