This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ. Travel Requirement : 10% Pay : $ 73,000 - $117,300 What you will do As a Senior Analyst - Operations Support, you will be responsible for leading efforts and providing superior, specialized, customer service and analytical support related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), SAP and Kenvue Customer Portal initiatives for Consumer DELIVER North America.
The scope includes working across operations to develop, implement and continually improve digital solutions that increase efficiency through automation to best serve our customers and partners. Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to drive electronic adoption across US Deliver
- Ideation and implementation of EDI-Digital solutions and improvements to automate order-to-cash transactions
- Manage support tickets for EDI, SAP and KC Portal
- Thrive in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment that interconnects with a wide variety of complex systems and processes and interacts with both internal and external customers / partners
- Lead and prioritize customer requests, and internal business needs to streamline processes and provide customer value
- Lead projects related to EDI, SAP and KC Portal to provide business perspectives and strategy
- Lead key departmental initiatives by utilizing business knowledge, systems, strong decision-making skills, and proven project management skills
- Provide subject matter expertise and be a point of contact for handling complex issues and requests
- Apply analytical skills to develop performance metrics to measure success and identify new opportunities to explore automation
- Develop and lead internal and external partnerships by demonstrating strong leadership, project management, partnership, analytical, and interpersonal skills What we are looking for Experience and Skills : Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, IT or Business
- Minimum three (4) years of relevant work experience
- Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience
- Requires experience in customer-facing or in building and managing positive relationships with internal and / or external partners
- Knowledge of SAP or other Order-to-Cash ERP systems
- EDI and e-Commerce systems knowledge or experience
- Requires up to 10% domestic travel (with periodic overnight travel) Desired Qualifications
- Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment and work independently while demonstrating initiative
- Ability to apply proven problem solving and analytical experience to interpret data and derive assumptions
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to mentor and lead others in the execution of strategies and realization of departmental and company KPI's
