What you will do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Cyber Product and Change Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the processes for product delivery teams, managing a team of PMO analysts, and ensuring the successful delivery of product deliverables within the cybersecurity domain. This role requires an understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving product success through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Oversight : Lead and manage the product delivery processes, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and organizational goals. Monitor progress and performance metrics to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Host monthly and quarterly meetings
- Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of PMO analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on project management methodologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product vision and roadmap.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery. Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Risk Management : Assess and mitigate risks associated with product delivery, ensuring that potential issues are identified early and addressed proactively. Maintain a risk register and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting : Develop and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Customer Focus : Advocate for customer needs by gathering feedback, conducting user research, and ensuring that product deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $124,100 - $167,900 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
