Role reports to : Manufacturing Support Manager Location : Fort Washington, PA Travel % : < 5% What you will do The Manufacturing Training Lead is responsible for designing and conducting advanced training programs, providing coaching and guidance, reviewing technical documents, administering development of training materials, and identifying training gaps : Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative training programs for manufacturing processes
- Lead hands-on training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Create engaging multimedia materials to support training initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve programs
- Collaborate with operations associates to design and implement advanced training programs covering various areas such as technical training, safety, and product certification
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, coops, and external consultants in order to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Review and interpret technical data, safety rules, and procedure manuals to ensure effective training delivery
- Lead assignments / projects of moderate to high complexity to improve training materials and processes
- Evaluate operations training performance and make recommendations on improvements to address training gaps
- Audit workstation practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing training or related field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong communication skills to provide written and verbal reports to management and business partners Desired Qualifications
- Experience with developing and implementing certification processes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
