Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Travel : 10%

Pay: 92,000- 149,500

What you will do

Kenvue is looking for a strategic, creative, results-oriented Associate Brand Manager to join the Oral Care US Brand Growth Team based in Summit/ Skillman NJ, USA. This position will lead and execute marketing programs for the US Oral Care business.

• Develop and lead marketing plans to deliver the brand strategic plan and operating plan goals
• Own and drive development of messaging, content, and activations shaped by consumer & category insights and trends
• Effectively lead cross-functional teams to deliver business plans & objectives
• Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration with partners and marketing counterparts

What we are looking for

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field is required, MBA is preferred.
• A minimum years of 3 years prior professional experience is required
• Prior experience working in the consumer-packaged goods industry, marketing, brand management, or related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.

What’s in it for you

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
