This position may be based in Skillman, NJ; Fort Washington, PA; Greenwich, CT; Los Angeles, CA; or Clearwater, FL; with remote work options to be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. Available Associate Marketing Manager roles will span across local marketing, innovation, digital marketing, and marketing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Support the brand strategy, planning, and execution of brand/product plans with a digital first approach to help driving short and long-term sustainable growth, while building strong brand equities. - Understand and advocate for consumer needs and preferences. Proactively look for opportunities to expand brand passion and improve consumers experiences with the Brand to deliver brand growth goals. - Contribute to creating and delivering growth opportunities through new product development, commercial innovation, and business continuity projects. - Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform development of, &/or changes required to, marketing plans. Partner with Market Insights & Research, category/sales analytics partners to develop learning plans and assessment of marketing plans (define KPI's, assess against goals, implement optimizations.) - Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales. - Create holistic digital first plans for brand communications to develop and distribute content successfully during moments that matter across multiple channels, including linking to omni-channel shopper & retail activation. - Partner with growth and performance team to optimize media performance & ROI and manage owned and earned channels to engage with consumers where and when they want to connect with our brands. - Partner with Customer Strategy teams to develop omni-channel retail strategy and plans tied to brand strategy and business objectives. - Manage brand budget and analytics to help deliver brand P&L goals. - Have close partnership with innovation teams to influence innovation pipeline with consumer insights and marketplace knowledge. - Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business field is required. MBA is preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required. - Previous brand management experience at CPG is required. - A passion for digital & social activation, demonstrating strong intuition for business, attention to detail and focus on results is required. - Knowledge of consumers categories and products is preferred. - Knowledge of digital/online brand strategies is preferred. - Passion for building brands & proven track record to develop brand & marketing strategies is required. - Up to date with latest trends & marketing standard methodologies is strongly preferred. - Ability to influence key partners with ideas that build value is preferred. - Ability to work well on a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities successfully is preferred. - Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams is required. - High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is preferred. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is strongly preferred. - Create & promote an agile, inclusive, people-first environment in the workplace is strongly preferred. - Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred. - This position requires up to 10% domestic travel. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $142,600. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
