Associate Scientist, R&D

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Inc. is recruiting an Associate Scientist, Oral Care End-to-End, in Skillman, NJ. Our Associate Scientist will contribute in the areas of formulation design, process development, and scale-up of new products and support commercial product initiatives. This key member of the team will work alongside more senior scientists and support projects and lifecycle management initiatives, as well as join cross-functional teams along with US/Global Marketing, Translational Science, Manufacturing, Regional R&D and our Flavor house partners to drive innovative new products for the LISTERINE® brand. This team member would also work closely with our Consumer Science team to test products directly with our consumers. Responsibilities: - Exhibits familiarity with lab-based formulation preparation and/or method development - Supports commercial innovation projects and participates in cross-functional teams - Collaborates closely with Consumer Science colleagues to integrate the voice of the Consumer into our research - Stays current on GxP requirements, completes required training to perform job function - Facilitates new Ways of Working to evolve the R&D organization - Builds internal relationships in support of innovation pipeline Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualifications:

Qualifications · A Bachelor’s Degree is required. · Formulation and/or laboratory experience is preferred · Product Development/End to End experience is preferred. · This role is located in Skillman, NJ and may require travel up to 10%
