Role reports to- Commercial Head of US Baby Care
Location- Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

What You Will Do
The Brand Manager will lead the US strategic portfolio management of Kenvue Baby & Kid’s Care, the #1 leader in the category. In this capacity, they will be responsible for leading the portfolio architecture, performance and measurement process across the category/competitive landscape and overall integrated business planning process for our Kenvue Baby & Kid’s Care brands, JOHNSONS®, AVEENO® and DESITIN®. They will be an integral part of leading our US 3-year operating model and work closely with our cross-functional commercial and global teams. Looking for a highly strategic, analytical leader to be part of the uS Baby Care leadership team and elevate our portfolio and growth strategy to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the category and competitive landscape to best share our portfolio strategy across long-term horizon.
- Can develop, lead, and execute strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the Franchise, including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Achieves sales, consumption, and share objectives for the Franchise
- Can guide the development of current and/or future forecast for all brands within the Franchise and updates throughout the year.
- Transform the monthly ‘Health of Business’ process to best shape our strategy and activations
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Business Intelligence, Sales, Operations to design highly effective processes within our integrated business plan.
- Lead our teams through the annual Strategic Portfolio Management and 3 Year Operating Planning Process
- Creates a high-performance culture that instills integrity, creativity, teamwork, insight and excellence throughout the marketing organization.
- Ability to manage a complex portfolio
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or a business-related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of business experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive commercial experience is required.
- Marketing or sales experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment is required.
- Strong analytical and insights management experience required.
- Candidate must have superior leadership skills and demonstrated track record to lead cross-functional projects and ability to present strategy at senior levels
- Experience through different product life cycles (mature brand, new launch, turnaround).
- P&L/financial management and business/strategic planning experience are required.

- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,750.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
