Travel %- 5-10%
Pay- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $247,250. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate ’ s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What You Will Do
The Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation will lead Kenvue’s transformation strategy, focusing on translating business strategy into effective organizational design. This includes defining how we measure effectiveness, designing processes with clear roles and responsibilities, and supporting systems and digital tools that champion strategic workforce planning. This role is crucial for fostering stakeholder engagement and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure our organization adapts and thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities-
- Translate business strategy to organizational design, including how we measure effectiveness, design process with clear roles and responsibilities, support systems and digital tools to champion strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with Kenvue’s executive leadership team and People Function’s leadership team to identify and drive organizational effectiveness opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders, including the Transformation Office and Finance team, to implement organizational effectiveness and forecasting.
- Oversee the integration of workplace planning tools and project management methodologies to streamline processes in partnership with the Workforce Intelligence team
- Ensure critical stakeholders have visibility and reporting to monitor transformation progress in order to accelerate change and remove roadblocks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, or change management roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives within a complex organizational structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
