Description
- Works on delivering Skin Health & Beauty Category-Channel Strategy and Go-to-Market toolkits covering :
- Multi-Channel Paths to Purchase
- Channel Segmentation, Investment Sufficiency & Prioritization, GP and Portfolio laddering
- Presence & Prominence objectives and Perfect Store execution guidelines
- Works closely with Segment teams and local market directors to build strong Key Customer Plans and Activation Grids
- Drives right Customer inputs into Segment plans, and connects closely with Segment teams to deliver shopper & retail execution toolkits (top BMC focused) as part of product innovation launches.
- Develops & delivers Perfect Store guidelines for the respective category, from ranging recommendation, driving the right high GP mix of codes, planograming & merchandising guidelines.
- Partners with local market directors and business insights teams to track the execution of all New Product launches and Go-to-Market plans, leverage and highlight key markets leading change.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver the growth objectives, and build an APAC community for sharing best practices and scales success.
