Location- Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.
Travel %- 10-15%
Pay- $119,000-$205,850
What Will You Do
The Sr. Supply Chain Demand Manager for Self Care is a key US Supply Chain contact for the cross functional category squad. This position is specifically accountable & responsible for Demand Planning, Inventory and Slow Moving & Obsolete {SLOB} within the squad and is also responsible for connecting Demand Planning and Trade Customization strategies for the Squad. The Sr. Supply Chain Demand Manager for Self Care will champion Integrated Business Planning process development and execution at the squad level with a focus on E2E business integration and alignment to key goals. Depending on the squad, this position may oversee a team of Demand and Trade Customization display planners.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates the integration of commercial requirements with E2E Supply Chain business partners with a focus on delivering key business results- sales, service (UFR), inventory, forecast accuracy, slow moving and obsolescence, compliance. Includes, but not limited to new product launch planning, ecommerce demand sensing, trade customization planning, seasonal supply chain strategy development, end of life management, customer event planning, business continuity planning, supply constraint planning, and key initiatives of the 3- year operating plan.
- Directly leads, coaches, and develops a team of up to 4 direct reports based on assigned squad, focused on demand planning and project management to support regional Innovation and Life Cycle Management programs/projects.
- Collaborates with Supply Planning, Customer Logistics Services, Value Stream Leadership, Affiliates, other Supply Chain functions, and Commercial partners.
- Supports advancing Regional and Global Supply Chain capabilities through the development of people, processes and systems solutions aligned to support the current and future business environment.
- Develops and manages the 24-month demand plan for the assigned Franchise(s), leaning the forecasting process, delivering critical metrics (MAPE, BIAS, System accuracy, stat forecast usage), and ensuring SAP usage of statistical modeling and other system tools.
- Develops the inventory strategy for the assigned squad- Includes Entitlement, inventory business planning, projection roll up to Squad / Franchise / Country level and corrective action planning as appropriate.
- Coordinates Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory action plans with Regional Strategic Demand, Regional Inventory, Regional Supply, and Sales Operations. Includes Business Planning, routine monitoring and reporting, corrective action planning and dispositioning.
- Leads Seasonal Planning process, strategy setting, and communication/alignment across teams where applicable.
- Leads cross functional communication of service vulnerability reviews and action planning.
- Collaborates with Regional Supply to define future vulnerability and partner with Sales Operations, Commercial Leadership and Deliver to take customer management and demand shaping actions as appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree with focus in Business Management Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics and/or Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of years of diverse experience across any of the following- Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, or Project Management
- Demonstrated direct people manager experience required. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (Supply to Customer) and associated analytics
- Proven track record of delivering business results as an outcome of cross functional collaboration, managing through ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed regional leadership environment
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, manufacturing, or logistics
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 - $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
