What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Authentication and IAM to lead our efforts in identity management, ensuring secure access to our systems and applications. The Manager of Authentication and IAM will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced identity and access management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), conditional access, and password less technologies.
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of authentication solutions to enhance security and user experience for workforce identity.
- Oversee the deployment and management of SSO, MFA, conditional access, and passwordless technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Conduct regular assessments of authentication processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IAM and cybersecurity.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity management tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure IAM solutions meet business needs.
- Oversee and manage customer identity solutions to enhance user experience and security for external users
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber Security operations, with a strong focus on identity and access management.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with PingFederate, Ping Identity, Entra ID, and related troubleshooting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of SSO, MFA, conditional access, and passwordless authentication technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex IAM projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and oral English communication skills
What’s in it for you
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $124,000 - $167,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
