Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%, primarily North America
Pay: $60,000 - $96,600
What you will do
The NA Operations Performance Management Specialist is responsible for performing basic analysis in support of demand management, tracking change orders, operating forecasting software, collecting data on performance metrics, maintaining forecasts, and assisting in preparation of monthly reports and demand management projects. As the Analyst, you will research statistical models to develop forecasts and assist in implementation of forecast improvements to develop accurate demand forecasts for specific business unit(s) / product line(s):
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance metrics for NA Operations in alignment with business goals
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance management processes
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for specific business unit(s) / product line(s) based on analysis of internal capacity and customer requirements.
- Track and manage change orders with supply planning, operations engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, and field service personnel.
- Coordinate implementation requirements and assist in the implementation of forecast improvements.
- Operate forecasting software and supporting systems as directed.
- Collect and analyze data on performance metrics in areas of quality, cost, and delivery to support key supplier scorecards and business reviews.
- Research statistical models to develop forecasts and continuously improve forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reports and demand management projects.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in performance management or related field
- 2 years of related experience in demand forecasting, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
