What You Will Do
The Quality Lab Delivery Manager is responsible for-
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the overall responsible person for the health and well-being of the lab solutions from both application and infrastructure perspectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery and maintenance of laboratory systems throughout their lifecycle.
- Act as the technical application/asset owner, ensuring compliance with security standards and GxP requirements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver effective and compliant laboratory solutions.
- Ensure system administration, operational procedures, and design documentation align with regulatory and business requirements.
- Lead a team responsible for deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of lab systems.
- Perform GxP validation activities in collaboration with technical quality and business teams.
- Provide support for system design, engineering, and post-deployment maintenance in the hosted environment.
- Ensure the overall reliability, performance, and sustainability of laboratory systems from implementation to ongoing operations.
- Proven experience as a Solution delivery with expertise in infrastructure management.
- Experience with laboratory systems such as LIMS, Empower, and SDMS and underlaying infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in provisioning servers and databases (both application and database servers) on AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Citrix, AVD and AppStream for virtual application delivery.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automated asset build processes.
- Experience working with JIRA, Bitbucket, and Artifactory for development and deployment management.
- Strong background in E2E management and maintenance of applications and underlying infrastructure throughout their lifecycle in GxP-regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as WebMethods, Kafka, Kong, and SAP BTP.
- Expertise in establishing interfaces between different systems for seamless data exchange.
- Hands-on experience with system replication within the same domain and across different domains.
- Practical experience in backup and restore processes, including monitoring backups using tools like NetBackup and native backup solutions.
- Experience working with different network storage solutions.
- Familiarity with Identity Management Systems (IDMs) for user authentication and access control.
- PMP, Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $124,000 - $167,000 .This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
