What You Will Do
The Global Corporate Affairs Technology Product Owner is responsible for managing day-to-day systems operations, driving company initiatives, and ensuring systems are in place to support local or global operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Global Corporate Affairs technology strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Manage product backlog for Corporate Affairs products and prioritize user stories based on business value and customer needs
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders
- Ensure product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in Corporate Affairs technology
- Lead the development and implementation of Corporate Affairs technology products and solutions to support the company's business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Corporate Affairs programs meet the needs of business units and employee groups
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business programs
- Develop and implement improvement processes to enhance the operational integrity of all changes to the operational environment
- Use analytics tools to derive insights to inform technology strategies in support of business goals
- 8-10 years of experience in product management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital technology landscape including intranet, communications platforms and collaboration tools
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Minimum of 8-10 years related experience in digital technology product development and implementation
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven ability to understand business strategy and translate it into solutions that support the company's business goals
- Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and manage a team of professionals
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and across a matrixed organization
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong knowledge of change management, training, and organizational design principles
- Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills, including the ability to manage across all levels, regions, and businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience is preferred
