As a Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end innovative solutions for complex technical Manufacturing requirements. You will own and be responsible for the solutioning, design, development, and documentation of Manufacturing Cloud implementations throughout the project life cycle.
Our clients have increasingly returned to their physical locations post COVID. The expectation is that Kenway Consultants will need to live / work in the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the capability responsible for the implementation of SFDC Manufacturing Cloud (Sales and Service) and Service Cloud. Experience with customizations, data models, and integrationsSupport Sales in partnership with Salesforce on new business opportunities as a representative of a Salesforce Partner OrganizationDesign and implement robust, scalable solutions for complex SFDC Manufacturing Cloud projects, ensuring seamless integration with external systemsComprehend complex manufacturing business challenges and articulate optimal Salesforce capabilities to offer meaningful solutionsAdvise on how to incorporate and improve Manufacturing KPIs through the use of Salesforce technologyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, managing expectations and resolving challengesAdapt to evolving client needs, managing multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining high client satisfactionHelp define and mature Kenway's Salesforce Practice and Supply Chain verticalCoach and support internal resources on SFDC functionalityShape tools, artifacts, and capabilities to enhance our practice and market offeringsStay updated on market trends to keep our company at the forefront of the industryIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the client baseQualifications, Skills & Credentials
Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Cloud implementations.Experience with CPQ / RLM and Field Service Lightning. CPQ and Field Service Lightning Consultant certifications strongly desired.Experience designing and creating integrated solutions, especially with CRM, ERP, and TMS platformsDeep Manufacturing industry knowledge stemming from both technology implementations and business experienceBackground in integration technologies and platforms, with design and implementation experienceActive listener who can lead requirements gathering sessions and speak confidently on solution designProven experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and project delivery with exceptional client service skillsSelf-confident with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environmentsWhat We Offer Our Employees
