What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide helpful solutions while ensuring every customer feels valued
- Calmly and efficiently assist callers, including those who may be frustrated
- Work in a positive, team-driven call center with a casual dress code
Call center experience is a plus, but not required-we provide training for the right candidates.
