Shift Into Your New Role as a Service Technician:
Mazda of Dayton has an immediate need for an experienced Automotive Service Technician for our busy Service Department. Manufacturer experience is not required. If you are currently a Production Technician being paid flat rate and not producing 45 hours per week due to workflow and heavy warranty, we need your skills. Warranty repairs were less than 30% of our total shop hours in September of 2024. Paid training will be provided where needed at no cost to you.
Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:
- 3 or more years experience as an Automotive Service Technician / Production Tech / Flat Rate, etc.
- 1 or more ASE certification
- Valid drivers license: driving record satisfactory to company
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely, daily
- High school grad / GED
- Satisfactory employment references
- Pass background check
