We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Support project managers in developing project schedules.
- Help prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize WinCan for CCTV data processing and review.
- Engage in project drawing and schematic review to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items for follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Learn to use construction management software such as Pro Contractor for tracking project progress and costs.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Pro Contractor) is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
- Experience with project site plans and schematics is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is desirable but not required.
