Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including basic food service tasks such as busing tables and organizing supplies.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of culinary practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
